Just to note that again we had an outstanding visit at this park. Staff and guests were friendly and the sites were well maintained. Beautiful park located near the beach and restaurants. We will be coming back...

We have used this park for the past four years and although they have added sewer connections to some of the sites very little has been done to improve the rest of the park. All of the existing sites are either dirt or gravel. Paving the sites would greatly enhance the appearance and use of the park.

We have been coming here for the last three years and can't say enough about the resort. It is a resort in every sense of the word. Staff is great and the sites are beautifully landscaped. A lot of shade and peace and quite. Although you are close to everything, you have the feeling that you are located in a isolated park. Every time we visit it appears they have made additional improvements. If they can hold the price, we will continue to return.

This was our first visit to the park. First, this is not any kind of resort! The park is old and needs to have some serious work done on the sites and road network. location is good to visit Savannah and the Savannah area. They do have some pads but they are too small to accommodate big rigs. In addition, if you have AT@T cell forget it!!! No signal! The Wi-Fi worked one day out of three while we were there. The sites near Hwy 204 are noisy, so stay away.

We have been enjoying this park for the last six years and plan to return. Although small, the landscaping and overall appearance of the park is outstanding. During our last visit, we were also impressed with the managements cooperation and flexiablility. I must admit, the cost is getting out of control. With the basic high price, the registration fee, water fee, and the need to purchase "travel insurance" to recoup anything in case of a cancelation the park may be pricing itself out of bussiness. The "no refunds" policy needs a relook! Anyway, I hope they can get there prices back in line so we can continue to enjoy the park.

I don't know where the previous people stayed, but it must not have been at Bella Terra! Yes, the management and staff was accommodating and helpful and the sites were large and the existing facilities were first class but who wants to sit out in the middle of a open field looking at a muddy lake! It is still under construction and not ready to accommodate guests. The high rates are not justified. This is a new park which lacks any mature landscaping and is located miles from any stores or places to eat or shop. Give it 3 or 4 years and it should deserve a better rating.

We have stayed at this park several times over the past few years. It was not until this last visit that we were disappointed to say the least. The office staff was rude and the site was in poor condition. Grass and landscaping was dead and sprinkler systems non-operational. Sandburrs have overtaken the grass areas to the extent that pets and children cannot walk anywhere except on the roads. It appeared that what was left of the lawns had not been mowed for months. I wrote a letter to the owner expressing our concen and never heard a word from him. I cannot recommed this park to anyone and hope that the new management will correct the situation soon. It is a shame since this was one of our favorate parks....
